March 29, 2019: The Center of Excellence on Sustainable Agricultural Intensification and Nutrition (CE SAIN) of Royal University of Agriculture (RUA) facilitated a lecture series on “Detection of Tomato Leaf Curl Virus Using ELISA method” Presented by Mrs. Ong Socheat, Deputy Head of Department of Crop Protection, Faculty of Agronomy, Royal University of Agriculture and also an awardee who received Research Grant from CE SAIN.
Mrs. Ong Socheath took her bachelor degree in Agronomy in Science at Royal University of Agriculture (RUA). After her graduation in 2010, she worked as a University researcher at the Faculty of Agronomy, RUA. Her master degree is in Plant Pathology with a minor in Entomology at University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB).
The lecture shared about the Tomato Leaf Curl Virus, how to detect the virus using ELISA method and the Tomato Leaf Curl Virus in Cambodia. (Click here for slide presentation 14.8 MB)
